After 6 years of dealing with other management firms, we were extremely lucky to come upon Hospitality Fox, specifically Christian. Since that time we have only stayed in homes managed by HF for our "snow bird" getaways. The attention to detail, availability and helpfulness of Christian have far outweighed any other company we have experienced in Cape Coral. Wouldn't stay anywhere else
Our second time staying and wouldn't stay anywhere else. The best agent we use in the states. Immaculate inside and out. Pool area has being upgrade since our stay in 2022. Excellent comms pre & post booking. Looking forward to returning in 2024 !

We have been travelling to Cape Coral for years with our family and have stayed in numerous homes managed by Hospitality Fox. Christian, the property Manager is now a familiar face to my kids and is always thorough, attentive and available. He is quick to respond and assist us in finding the perfect vacation home. Every house we have stayed in has been immaculate, high quality furnishings and a fun, modern atmosphere for the whole family. Great vacation !!
Great location and amazing neighborhood. Easy to walk and ride bikes everyday. The house was very nice and spacious. Chris the property manager was very attentive and responded to calls immediately. Great vacation !!
Great job from start to finish
Chris did a great job from start to finish. This was an experiment for us and we would like to do this all again next year with Chris's help. We stayed at Villa Sunshine and look forward to 2022 and working with Hospitality Fox.

Hospitality Fox has exceptional rental properties: pristine condition, clean surroundings, modern furniture and décor, high end appliances, well stocked kitchens, manicured lawns and landscaping, clean/heated pools/spas complemented with relaxing patio furnishings. Chris pays attention to details, easy to work with, resolves issues immediately that might come up during your rental. We have rented different properties from Hospitality Fox during our annual month long stays in FL and have been extremely pleased with all their rental properties vs their competitors (bad experiences). The property was lovely
We rented the Dolphin Cove property from Hospitality Fox. The property was lovely, with beautiful canal views and tastefully decorated. Chris was extremely pleasant and very responsive to all our needs. We highly recommend this rental service.
Highly recommend this company to rent
We spent an excellent three weeks at Turtle Bay Villa in Cape Coral. The villa is superb, modern and well appointed. The pool was a bit bigger than usual which was great. Chris, of Hospitality Fox could not have been more helpful both at the beginning of our stay and at the end. We had particular issues with our luggage but he helped us out without question. Checking us in and out personally was much appreciated. Highly recommend this company to rent a villa from.

Hospitality Fox provides a wonderful Florida vacation
We first rented in 2014 with another company and were not happy. The next year we found Hospitality Fox and have never thought about looking elsewhere since. The home we rent is always well-kept and clean, furnished with plenty of towels, kitchenware, and home accessories, along with a gorgeous enclosed pool and lanai. Christian is very professional, easy to work with and on top of any minor issue (that rarely rises). Hospitality Fox provides a wonderful Florida vacation!
We are hoping to continue to visit for many more years
We have been renting property in Cape Coral for the last 6-7 years. We have found the places we rented from Hospitality Fox have all been some of the nicest and cleanest places you could ever rent. Their manager Christian (Chris) makes sure you are welcomed and the place is ready for your arrival. If anything would come up during your stay he always gives you immediate response. We have found the places and management is the best you can get to make your stay the most memorable. We are hoping to continue to visit for many more years.

This was our first experience renting a house for vacation.. Christian was amazing from start to finish. Professional, personable, made check in and out seamless!! The house was as advertised, clean, beautiful, spacious, and just plain wonderful. The house was fantastic
Me and my Kids rented a fantastic home from Chris & Hospitality Fox! The house was fantastic, great location, pool was amazing. I am really picky and I can tell you that this property was spotless! We have decided go to vacation literally Tuesday evening, found a villa listed by Hospitality Fox on floridarentals.com. Then we contacted them and everything went so smooth and fast, Thursday evening we were already at the beautiful Villa. Chris helped us with everything. Service mentality should be like Like Chris’ curtesy and professionalism. The house was like new, was so clean and perfect vacation place. The pool was exceptional. We loved it, I would definitely recommend them if you really want great vacation house with individual attention. And renting process with them is so simple and easy.
